INTERN COORDINATOR

The Intern Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, organizing, supervising and mentoring theater production interns aged 16–20 as part of an artistic and administrative team. Position requires experience and success with supervising and teaching young adults, knowledge of playwriting, acting, directing and technical theatre. Applicant must also be a positive team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize and exercise independent judgment. Position is from July 3 - Aug 3, 28 hours per week, with approximately 40 pre-season hours.

HOUSE MANAGER

The House Manager coordinates all front of house activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: handling all patron’s concerns, questions, and requests, maintenance of seating area and concession area.  Exhibit excellent human and public relations skills.  Maintain proper image and generate positive public relations with regards to Front of House.

Must be available 6:30-10:30 pm for 12 performances:

OFFICE MANAGER

The Office Manager is responsible for all administrative support, office services, and box office management.   Takes primary responsibility for all aspects of computerized ticket operation and database for all ticketed events as well as direct phone sales to patrons.  Organized individual with excellent customer relation skills, knowledge of Excel, Word.  Position is from July 5 – Aug 3. Monday-Saturday 10am -3pm. Sundays off.

ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER

The Assistant Stage Manager is responsible for attending all rehearsals as needed by the Stage Manager. Also assists with the collection, organization and running of props and costume pieces, keeps the stage clean, sets the stage for rehearsals, prepares the rehearsal stage for work each day (sweep, mop, set furniture, etc.) Run errands for the direc tor and stage manager.  Assist the SM in running the shows and all other duties as needed.  Participate in strike. Experience in stage management required. Position is from July 5 – Aug 3. Monday –Saturday with Sundays off.
