The VLA presented a special workshop that introduced artists and gallery owners to the new Consignment of Fine Art law to help them understand both their rights and obligations under the law. Because so many artists and art dealers are not even aware of the law, we the AFCC took the opportunity to explain all parts of the law, both old and new, so everyone affected by it will be fully informed going forward.
