Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain Workshops
Wellfleet, Massachusetts
When: AUGUST 27-31,2007
Where: Pond Hill School, Wellfleet, MA
We travel internationally to teach these workshops modeled after the best selling book "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" first published in 1979 and having sold over 2million copies - www.drawright.com. Brian Bomeisler, who teaches these workshops, has been doing so for near 20 years, is the author - Betty Edwards - son, and is a trained and working painter living and working in his studio in New York City.
We were recently in Santa Barbara California where we were filmed by a British documentary production company (www.focusproductions.co.uk) who are doing a piece about "art and the brain". There previous film called "Brainman" received many awards and is still being aired on the Discovery Channel.
One of our workshop in New York City was recently recorded for a piece on NPR (national public radio) Dave Johns NPR/ Studio 360 hosted by Kurt Anderson(Saturday's and Sunday) to be aired in May. Studio 360 is about the arts and this piece will be about the brain and art.
