The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod is the regional arts agency for Barnstable County, committed to strengthening and promoting Cape Cod's arts and cultural industry throughout the year. We serve individual artists, cultural organizations, fine and performing arts groups and businesses, and cultural and historical establishments such as museums and archives.

The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod presents the TD Bank Pops by the Sea concert every August, featuring the only Cape Cod appearance of the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra and conductor Keith Lockhart. The annual TD Bank Pops by the Sea concert is the main fundraiser for the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, and is a summertime tradition for thousands of families.
