The Voice of the Arts enewsletter is published every Thursday.
The deadline to submit your event is Tuesdays at noon.

In order to maximize market exposure for the many arts organizations and artists we serve, we post listings in Voice of the Arts one to two weeks before the event's start. Exceptions to this guideline are made, when possible, for events that call for preregistration (i.e. auditions, classes, call for entries/artists, etc.). Listings run until the event ends.

Submitting Your Listing by Email
We encourage you to use this online form to submit your event listings for our enewsletter. However, you may also submit listings by email to info@artsfoundation.org.
Submission Guidelines:
· Use the words Enewsletter Press Release
in the subject line of your email
· Provide the event title, start date, end
date, start time and end time
· List the location, address and town
where your event will take place
· Include contact details, i.e. phone
number, email and website
· Give a short description about the event
and/or the person, book, music, play, etc.
· Be sure to include a jpg image, with image
title and artist or photographer name. This
will help your event stand out!
