• Painting the Portrait in Pastel with Alain Picard, April 17 & 18, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm. Working from the model, Alain will demonstrate a painterly approach to pastel. Students will then work from the model with individual instruction at their own easels throughout the afternoon.

• Exhibition of art work by Matt Bollinger, March 26 - 31, with an opening reception on March 26, 6 - 8 pm. Mr. Bollinger, born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, received his BFA in Painting and Creative Writing from the Kansas City Art Institute and his MFA in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design.
  

• Artist talk with Sarah Oppenheimer, March 26, 8 pm. The focus of Sarah Oppenheimer's work is the feedback loop between constructed spaces and pedestrian motion. She studies how the built environment and human behavior reciprocally impact each other; most recently, the way that sight lines through built space shape the visual progression of a body in motion.

• The Cape Cod Conservatory's West Barnstable Campus will host Great Women Artists of Orleans, now - April 30.
