• Alzheimer's Services of Cape Cod & the Islands, Inc. is pleased to announce its Cape-wide Arts & Alzheimer's Initiative, a series of moderated conversations stimulated by artwork for those with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia and their family caregivers.
