Falmouth Designated First Preserve America Community on Cape Cod
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod
congratulates the Town of Falmouth for being designated a Preserve America Community
by the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation in partnership with other
federal agencies, notably including the departments of the Interior,
Commerce, and Agriculture.
|Highfield Hall, one of Falmouth's many cultural|
venues, offers a place for artists, musicians
and local chefs to perform.
The Preserve America began as a White House

about the nation's past; strengthened regional identities and local
pride; increased local participation in preserving the country's
cultural and natural heritage assets; and, support for the economic
vitality of communities.
Falmouth was one of nineteen communities or neighborhoods in Massachusetts to be selected as a Preserve
