Cape Cod Theatre Coalition: to support the production expenses and the expansion of the Cape Cod Theatre Guide brochure to promote year-round programming in theatres throughout the region. $2,500
Cape Cod Theatre Project: for a regional playwriting contest open to all residents of the Cape and the Islands where the top three playwrights will have their work presented during the Arts Alive! Festival in Falmouth. $1,500
Champ Homes: for the purchase and installation of a utility sink to support the Lower Deck Art Studio Project which provides art therapy for residents who were once homeless, using the arts to build individual self-esteem and provide basic skills and training. $1,370
Eventide Arts: for the Nancy Smith Waage Song Writing Competition, dedicated to furthering an understanding of the art forms of song and poetry. $2,000
Falmouth Historical Society: for the Seventh Annual Katherine Lee Bates Poetry Festival intended to inspire and celebrate poets of all ages. $875
Growth Management Department, Town of Barnstable: to support a community cultural planning process intended to develop year-round cultural programming including economic development opportunities for individual artists, Harbor Your Arts, and the creation of public art in downtown Hyannis. $2,000
Harwich Junior Theatre: for a production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream in collaboration with the students of Harwich Middle School and directed by James B. Byrne. $2,000
L.I.F.E.: for the support of a month-long visual arts exhibition, Mindflow - Subconscious Art of the Soul, at the Cotuit Center for the Arts, celebrating 25 individual artists with learning challenges. $1,750
Provincetown Theatre Company: to support two playwriting workshops offered by a professional guest playwright in conjunction with the Spring Playwrights’ Festival, to include a panel discussion and audience feedback sessions. $1,500
Janice Rogers: to provide hands-on creative craft projects for children at the Chatham Maritime Festival intended to teach children about the maritime heritage of their community. $1,000
Shakespeare on the Cape: to support affordably priced traveling productions of Romeo & Juliet and As You Like It in three different locations on Cape Cod. $1,500
Veterans for Peace: to support the 11th Annual Peace Poetry Contest, open to all children of Cape Cod, intended to promote peaceful and non-violent solutions to world conflicts. $500
