Gloriae Dei Artes Foundation

Our Mission

Gloriae Dei Artes Foundation incorporates 12 different performing arts groups and visual artists, which are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the performing and visual arts and to the inspiration and education of others. The Foundation includes Gloriae Dei Cantores (choir), Spirit of America (band), Elements Theatre Company, Tapestry Dance Company, Vox Caeli Sinfonia, Gloriae Dei Cantores Schola (Gregorian chant), Gabriel V Brass Ensemble, Extol Ringers (handbell choir), Master Schola (an educational series), Concert organists and other instrumental and vocal soloists.

Our History

The performing arts groups of Gloriae Dei Artes Foundation have been critically acclaimed around the world. For example the choir Gloriae Dei Cantores has toured through Europe, Asia and North America performing in the world’s best concert halls, and including 10 holiday tours with the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra. Spirit of America band placed 1st at the World Association of Marching Show Bands Championship 2006 in Jeju, South Korea.

Our Services and Programs

Based in Orleans, Gloriae Dei Arts Foundation has a history of reaching out to America’s youth through the arts. Through its Young Performers Outreach program, GDA offers free tickets to children and students 18 and under to all its home concerts and events. Spirit of America band, Elements Theatre Company and Tapestry Dance Company lead workshops for students at schools regularly.

A Passport to the Arts Venue.
$20-$35 adults; $15-$30 seniors;18 and under free of charge. Spirit of America Field Shows – free will offering
