About Me

I work with both red and white easthernware. My work is low fire, hand and wheel constructed and functional. My designs are contemporary with clean lines and reflect the environment of the Cape. Many pieces have “verse” and incorporate natural material.I have designed a line of custom “Cake Toppers” for cakes of all occasions. For wedding cakes, I have a co-ordinating line of favors, bridal party gifts and table decor.

"Adornments" hand formed from white earthenware clay. Use for home decor, tie to wine bottle for a hostess gift, decorate a package etc. "Hold Everything" a selection of hand formed sea shells and starfish. They will hold place cards, photos, buffet markers. Sea Urchin pendant hand made from white earthenware clay. Adjustable leather cord "Mermaid" with Copper wire hanger and beads. Hand built from white earthenware clay "Scallop Shell Pendant" with adjustable leather cord. Hand made from white earthenware clay "Chair Cake Toppers with Monogram hand built from white earthenware clay "Scallop Shell tea light " holders wheel thrown from white earthenware clay and carved. "Adirondack Chairs Cake Topper hand built from white earthenware clay. These are monogramed with the couples initials and come with a box and hand made certificate.
