About Me

I have lived on the Cape since 1993 and my husband and I have restored an 1840 Greek Revival farm house on Route 6 in Eastham. I have a home studio/gallery open to the public.

Mediums Used
oil, ink, gold leaf, egg tempera. I have an extensive line of note cards handmade by me from photographs of my work.
Style of Work
My work includes traditional plein air landscapes and still lifes, an ongoing series of birds and animals, and an abstract expressionist body of work. I also decorate both reproduction and modern harpsichords and clavichords that combines classical decorative style and a more contemporary approach.
Themes in Work
At this time I am exploring the depiction of the making of music and the visual forms and patterns that emerge from listening to music. As anyone living on Cape Cod, I am also drawn by the scenes around me and am often out painting the landscape around me.
Where Work is Displayed
I have a home studio/gallery open to the public where my paintings and note cards are available for sale. I exhibit at the Cape Cod Art Association and at the Provincetown Art Assoc. & Museum. I also work on commission.
Price Range
$100 to $2,500
